Ivo Stourton, born in 1982 and a lawyer in London, loves his (?) English language and writes in a refined, exuberant style.

So reading his novel about Matt de Voy, an interior designer in the posh firm of his wife is very gratifying at the beginning. Matt loves women definitely more than books and is very good at combining both, as his job in the firm is to advise their wealthy customers how best to show off with exquisite books in their library.

There probably is a lot more to the story than that, but I must confess I soon got weary and fed up with Stourton/Matt describing at length their latest affairs.
